GRP 1000 / GRP 3000
■
Install the prism on the Profiler FX or prism
column using the provided prism adaptor.
Use the provided spanner to sufficiently
tighten the prism adaptor.
GRP 5000
■
Install the prism on the high-speed laser
scanner using the provided prism adaptor.
Use the provided spanner to sufficiently
tighten the prism adaptor.
■
Install the radio modem in the appropriate
place and attach with the correct adaptor
cable (1).
Each type of modem requires a
specific cable connection. Please
ensure that you have the correct
cable for your modem type.
■
Screw the antenna of the radio modem to
the antenna socket of the electronics box
(2).
■
Screw the antenna on to the track trolley
TGS FX.
■

The settings of the communication parameters must be the same for the following
components:
■
GEOCOM parameter in the total station.
■
Communication parameters of the radio modem which is attached to the total station.
■
Communication parameter in the radio modem which is integrated into the TGS FX.
■
COM port setting of the measurement computer
■
Communication parameters in the system software (Amberg Rail 3.0).
