To inform Amberg Technologies immediately if the product or the application becomes
unsafe.
The person responsible for the product must ensure that it is used in accordance with
the instructions. This person is also accountable for the training and the deployment of
operators and for the safety procedures of the equipment while in use.

3.5 Software license agreement (EULA)
This product contains software that is pre-installed on the product, supplied on a data carrier
medium, or that can be downloaded online. Such software is protected by copyright laws and
its use is defined and regulated by the Amberg Technologies End User Software Licence
Agreement (EULA). Before use or installation of the software, read the EULA carefully. It has
been delivered with the system purchased or can be downloaded from the following web-page:

Installation or use of the software or any part thereof is deemed to be an acceptance of all the
terms and conditions of such licence agreement. If you do not agree to all or some of the terms
of such licence agreement, you may not download, install or use the software and you must
return the unused software together with its accompanying documentation and the purchase
receipt to the dealer from whom you purchased the product within ten (10) days of purchase
to obtain a full refund of the purchase price.
3.6 Hazards of use
Incorrect or inadequate training can lead to incorrect use resulting in accidents with
human, material, financial and/or environmental consequences.
Precautions: All users must follow the safety instructions given by the manufacturer
and the directions of the person responsible for the product.
Watch out for erroneous measurement results if the product has been dropped,
misused, modified, stored for long periods or transported.
Precautions: Periodically carry out test measurements and perform the field
adjustments indicated in the user manual, particularly after the product has been
subjected to abnormal use or before and after important measurements.
Because of the risk of electrocution, it is very dangerous to use survey poles and
extensions in the vicinity of electrical installations such as power cables or catenary
wires. Be very attentive when using the GNSS module with GRP trolley.
