Additionally, you have to check whether the defined values for the wheel wear are still
correct.
8.2.2 Wheel on two-wheel part
■
Remove all 3 screws (1) with an Allen key.
■
Pull out the complete wheel including the axle.
■
To install the new wheel, repeat in reverse order.
■
Secure the screws with a small amount of Loctite or
similar.
After exchanging the wheels on the two-wheel part it is absolutely necessary to inspect
the geometrical parameters of the trolley. Be aware that adjusting the geometrical
parameters on the sensor box requires at least a power user licence for Amberg
Fidelity. Please look up the respective chapters in the Amberg Fidelity manual.
Additionally, you have to inspect the gauge measurement and check whether the
defined values for the wheel wear are still correct
8.3 Exchange of brake block
■
Loosen the two screws (1).
■
Lift the brake lever to access the brake
block (2).
■
Exchange the brake block.
■
Tighten the two screws (1).
8.4 Storage of the system
The following should be done after a measuring campaign:
■
Remove the batteries of all instruments.
■
Disconnect all cables from the instruments.
■
Recharge all batteries before storage.
