5.3.1 Laser classification

5.3.2 Switching ON

■

Activate the main switch on the battery module GEB 5000 / GEB 5010.

■

Remove the protection cover / protection cap from the rotating mirror.

■

Press the ON button. The ON button for the Amberg Profiler 6012 / Z+F Profiler 9012 is

located on the remote control box. For all other scanners, the ON button is located on the

housing of the scanner. Wait until the IP address of the scanner is displayed.

■

Start the system software Amberg Rail 3.0.

5.3.3 Switching OFF

■

Turn off scanner. Wait until the spindle has come to a full stop.

■

Switch OFF the main switch on the battery module GEB 5000 / GEB 5010.

■

Install the protection cover / protection cap on the rotating mirror.

■

Remove the power and LAN cable from the scanner.

5.3.4 Problem solving

Problem Check and correct

No communication to the measurement

computer.

■

Make sure that all cables are connected

correctly.
