18 Troubleshooting
Connect a pressure gauge (at least 250 bar) to the vibration
pressure measuring point (1).
Start the engine.
Full speed
Turn on vibration.
Let it run for no more than 5 seconds.
If avibration pressure of 220 ± 10 bar is not reached:
• remove the valve block, see “Replacement of the valve
block” (Chapter 11.2.2).
• check the vibration pressure relief valve.
After the tests, perform the following:
• Mount the hydraulic hoses
• Rell oil
• Clean the machine
• Start the machine
• Check the tightness and function
