Place the new acoustic insulation ma-
terial (prepacked packets and materi-
al) in the upper and lower half-shells.
•
Apply liquid gasket for high tempera-
tures (at least 250°C) on the faying
surfaces between both half-shells.
•
Couple both half-shells being careful
not to pinch the acoustic insulation ma-
terial.
•
Fit in all rivets to get the correct posi-
tion, using TT Inox rivets, Ø 4.8x12.9,
rivet again both half-shells clockwise
.
•
Clean excess silicone after closing.
