9.1 Music Input Configuration
9.1.1 Music Input Equalisation Configuration
A 3-band equaliser is provided on each of the Music inputs (Music A and Music B) in order to balance the
input tone. This equaliser has a shelving HF (treble) adjustment, shelving LF (bass) adjustment, and a fixed
MID section adjustment.
In order to configure the 3-band equaliser proceed as follows.
1. Select ConfigurationÆSystemÆRouterÆInputsÆMusic/MuteÆMusic A or Music B.
From V4.1.0470 or later:
ConfigurationÆSystemÆRouterÆInputsÆMiscÆMusicÆMusic A or Music B
2. Move to, and select the EQ menu item:
Gain [EQ] Name
3. Move to, and scroll the possible low frequency band gains until the required value is displayed in the left
field:
[LF= 0] Mid= 0 HF= 0
Default value: ‘0’
Possible values: –12 to +12dB (1dB steps)
Note: Note that this adjustment works in real time, so it can be experienced immediately on any live
routes.
4. Move to, and scroll the possible mid frequency band gains until the required gain is displayed in the
middle field:
LF= 0 [Mid= 0] HF= 0
Default value: ‘0’
Possible values: –12 to +12dB (1dB steps)
Note: Note that this adjustment works in real time, so it can be experienced immediately on any live
routes.
5. Move to, and scroll the possible high frequency band gains until the required gain is displayed in the
right field:
LF= 0 Mid= 0 [HF= 0]
Default value: ‘0’
Possible values: –12 to +12dB (1dB steps)

6. Save the changes by pressing the SELECT key, or cancel by pressing the BACK key.
