In LD 60 enable the 2.0 Mb PRI loop:

2. In LD 96 enable the MSDL (implemented on board):

3. In LD 96 enable the D-channel:
ENL DCH X
4. In LD 96 check the current status of the D-channel (the system should respond with
DCH x EST meaning that the D-channel is established and operational).
