9. Integrated control unit
Progressive lubrication systems, multi-line lubrication systems and mixed lubrication systems can be controlled with the
controlunit PICO-troniX1or PICO-tronicwhich isintegrated inthe device.
Theintegrated controlunit PICO-troniX1or PICO-tronicoperates dependentfrom thelubrication cycle.
A lubrication cycle consists of the cycle duration and the lubrication duration (pump operating time) which is included in
the cycle duration. Cycle duration means the period from the beginning of a lubrication to the beginning of the next
lubrication(see fig.35).

· Dataof thecontrol unit(type, version,serial number, manufacturingdate)
· Currentsettings (cycleduration, operationalmode ofthe lubricationduration, lubricationduration,monitoring times)
· Statistical values (operating hours, operating time of the device, number of the intermediate lubrications, number of
thelevel errors,number ofthe revolutionerrors, numberof theoveralldiagnoses etc.)
· Dateand timeof thelast diagnosis
The operational mode of the lubrication duration, the setting ranges of the cycle and lubrication
duration and the setting of the monitoring time can be changed at any time using the diagnosis
