Step 3: Configure A-Link Plus for Network Connect
Configure Network Connect (TCP/IP SSL) when B426 is connected.
1. Open A-Link Plus.
2. Click File > Communication Setting and select the Local IP Address of your computer.
Enter the local port number.
3. Add a new customer, then open the customer interface.
4. From the Customer Information tab, click Search to find the Control Panel IP Address (IP
address of the B426), e.g. “192.168.226.127”.
5. Enter real port number in the Control Panel Port field. From the B426 network modules,
you can find the real port number, such as 7700.
6. Open the Control Panel Configuration tab. Select Solution 2000 or Solution 3000
according to your control panel type.
7. Open the Link tab. Select Network Connect (TCP/IP SSL) and click Connect. A-Link Plus
tries to connect to the control panel using the B426.
8. Click Upload from Control Panel.
Configure Network Connect (Cloud) when B426-M is connected.
1. Open A-Link Plus.
2. Add a new customer.
3. From the Customer Information tab, enter the cloud module UID in the Cloud ID field
when the cloud module is connected and Cloud Connection is enabled.
4. Select the Control Panel Configuration tab. Select Solution 2000_V2.00 or Solution
3000_V2.00 according to your control panel type.
5. Select the Link tab. Select Network Connect (Cloud) and click Connect. A-Link Plus tries
to connect to the control panel using the B426-M.
6. Click Upload from Control Panel.
Step 4: Configure the Email through A-Link Plus
1. Select the Control Panel Configuration tab and configure the Email parameters as
indicated in the following table.
2. Return to the Link tab and reconnect the control panel. Click Download to Control Panel
to complete the process. Check the parameters in the control panel to verify the
parameter value changes were successfully downloaded.
