Changing settings for RS-232C
The computer and the machine used in write serial number must be connected with RS-
232C. To connect to the optional COM port of the computer, change the inspection tool
settings by following procedures below.
(1) Start the inspection tool and press the [General settings] button on the main screen.

(2) Press the [Setting] button in the "Target connection" field.

(3) Change the "Port No" according to the COM port number of the PC to be connected.
When it is changed, press the [OK] button.
