scan area

Define the objects for measurement as single points
or as matrices
In case of matrices the number of points in the
matrix and their distribution has to be defined

The name of the different objects and their
automatic numbering has to be defined

Autofocus for every point can be defined
10 Check count rate and dead time on the device
area spectrometer after starting the measurement
by Preview. Dead time should be less than 60 %
11 Set the measurement time with the downward-
facing arrow next to Acquire
12 Start the measurement with Acquire
