6.8 Line Scan Analysis
The Line workspace allows the element distribution analysis along a line.

6.8.1 Definition of measurement conditions
The measurement conditions can be set on the right side of the dialog. The display of the sample
image is similar to Point analysis (see section 6.5.1).
Use the mouse to drag both ends of the scan line to the desired positions. Information on the
image scan and spectrum windows can be found in the corresponding sections.
