6.5.1 Definition of measurement conditions
6.5.1.1 Sample positioning
Three camera systems and various modes for stage movement are available to guarantee the
exact positioning of the sample required by the small spot of the excitation radiation. Two camera
images with different options can be displayed simultaneously on the left hand side of the screen
(see Fig. 30).
