6.6.2 Measurement and data evaluation
The measurement can be started with the button. The stage moves then to the first
position of the defined points and the measurement is started.

The spectrum of every object will be saved and displayed in the list of the measured spectra.
From there they can be manipulated, evaluated and quantified (see section 6.3 and 6.4). The
functions for the data evaluation in the spectrum window are described in Table 21.

Quantification can be performed as described in section 6.4.3.
