Message Reason for Appearance
20-22 Maximum Activity for Active Thaw
• Maximum limit for i-Thaw and FastThaw reached
• Wait until thawing is complete before activating thaw
on additional needles
User attempted to activate more needles
than are supported for active thaw. After
completing the thaw phase, additional
needles may be activated.
20-23 Maximum Activity for Test
• Maximum limit for test reached
• Wait until testing is complete before activating
additional needles for testing
User attempted to initiate testing on
more needles than are supported for
simultaneous testing.
20-24 Advanced Thaw Unavailable
• Needle(s) in channel X are not capable of advanced
thaw
• Advanced thaw activity is unavailable
User attempted to initiate Advanced
Thaw in a channel. The channel did not
contain i-Thaw or FastThaw capable
needles.
20-25 Advanced Thaw Unavailable
• Advanced thaw activity is unavailable on channel X
while helium is connected
• Use helium thaw or disconnect helium
User attempted to initiate Advanced
Thaw while helium was connected. If
helium is connected, the system defaults
to helium thaw mode. If mixed needle
types are connected (some helium thaw
and some i-Thaw), the system also
defaults to helium thaw mode.
GAS
30-01 Gas Vent
• Gas was not appropriately vented from the Visual-
ICE System when the system was last used
• Vent the system, using either the automatic vent
option or the Manual Vent Valve
Upon startup, there was gas pressure
remaining in the system which will make
it dicult to connect needles.
