hardware after attempt to reinitialize
communication. If the restart fails, the
system is not usable.

• System self-checks failed
• Restart the system

that required the system to be restarted.
80-03 Pressure Alert
• Pressure exceeds safe operating limits
• Close the gas cylinders
• Procedure will be terminated and gas vented from
the system
System detected the internal pressure
was above safe limits. The system will
terminate the procedure and vent gas
from the system.
