CONDITION: Key ON, transmission in neutral and clutch engaged

Repair open on TN/Lt.GN
wire between diode and
start relay.
YES
Check Diode with ohm-
meter. Diode OK?
Remove sprocket cover.
Check for ground at
neutral switch terminal.
Ground present?
Check for ground at TN/Y
wire on Diode. Ground
present?
YES
Diode installed backwards.
Reverse polarity.
Replace
diode.
YES
Repair open on TN/Y
wire between neutral
switch and Diode.
Replace neutral
switch.
NO
