3. Diagnosis Procedures
Test Conditions Details/Results/Actions
1. Inspect the fuse EF09, EF10, EF23 and IF06
A. Turn the ignition switch to position "LOCK".
B. Remove the fuse EF09, EF10, EF23 from engine
compartment electric center.
C. Remove the fuse IF06 from interior electric center.
D. Use a multimeter to measure the between of the
two fuse terminals to see if it conducts.
Is the fuse normal?
Y
Go to step 2.
N
Replace the fuse.
2. Inspect the ECM power supply voltage
A. Turn the ignition switch to position "LOCK".
B. Measure from the back of ECM wiring harness
connector E01.
C. Turn the ignition switch to position "ON".
D. Make sure the main relay is working normally,
otherwise replace it.
E. Measure the voltage between terminal 12, 13, 44,
45, 63 of ECM wiring harness connector E01 and
reliable grounding.
Standard Voltage Value: 11 ~ 14 V
Is the voltage normal?
Y
Go to step 4.
