Conference Initiates an ad hoc conference and then

time.

Direct transfer Joins two established calls (calls that are on
hold or in connected state) into one call and
drops the feature initiator from the call.
Does not initiate a consultation call and
does not put the active call on hold.

Do Not Disturb
(DND)
Allows a user to block incoming calls on the
phone with a busy tone. Valid values
include:
• User Controlled (default): a user can
turn DND on and off on the phone.
• Admin Controlled: a user can not turn
DND on or off on the phone.
