Target non-anchor ASN Gateway forwards the Path Pre-Registration Request message to the anchor ASN Gateway. Pre-
registration is optional.

Anchor ASN Gateway sends a Path Pre-Registration Response message to the target non-anchor ANS GW. Pre-registration

Target non-anchor ASN Gateway forwards the Path Pre-Registration Response message to the target ASN BS. Pre-

Target ASN BS sends a Path Pre-Registration Acknowledge message to the target non-anchor ASN Gateway. Pre-
