Search and Call Contacts on Your Phone
You can search, browse, and call the contacts in your corporate directory. You can designate a contact as a
favorite, and you can edit the contact phone number’s digits.

Search Contacts
Procedure
Step 1 Do one of these actions:
• Desk phones—Press Contacts
• Conference phone—Press Contacts.
Step 2 Enter characters in the Search field.
You can enter any information you know: first name, last name, or phone or video address.
Browse Contacts (7800 Series and 7832)
You can browse through the contacts in your corporate directory.
