Find Information About Your Phone on Webex Calling (formerly
Spark Call)
Your administrator may ask for information about your phone. This information uniquely identifies the phone
for troubleshooting purposes.
Procedure
Step 1 Do one of the following actions:
• Desk phones—Press Applications .
• Conference phone—Press Settings.
Step 2 Do one of the following actions:
• Desk phones—Press Phone Information.
• Conference phone—Press System information.
Step 3 Select Phone information.
Step 4 Press Exit.
Forward Your Analog Phone Calls to Another Number
If you're going to be away from your desk but don't want to miss an important call, you can forward your calls
to another phone number.
Procedure
Step 1 Choose one of these options:
• From Cisco Webex Settings, under Call Settings, turn on Call Forward. Either choose the number type
and enter the number or check the check box to forward calls directly to your voicemail.
• From your analog phone, press #72, enter the number where you want to redirect your calls, and press
#.
You hear audio indication that call forwarding has started.
Step 2 To cancel call forwarding, choose one of these options:
• From Cisco Webex Settings, under Call Settings, turn off Call Forward.
• From your analog phone, press #73.
You hear audio indication that call forwarding has stopped.
