During a single number reach call, you see the Barge softkey on your desk phone while you’re talking on
your mobile phone.

Before you begin
Set up single number reach so that your mobile phone rings when your desk phone receives a call. See Handle
Work Calls from Any Phone, on page 178 for details.
Answer an incoming call on your desk phone or your mobile phone.
Procedure
To move an active call between devices, do one of the following:
• While you’re talking on your desk phone, press Transfer and transfer the call to your mobile phone.
• While you’re talking on your mobile phone, press Barge on your desk phone to barge into your call.
Then, hang up the call on your mobile phone.

You can put an active call on hold and then resume the call when you're ready.
Procedure
Step 1 While on an active call, perform a hook flash.
Step 2 To return to the call, either:
• Perform another hook flash.
• Hang up the handset. Pick up the handset when your phone rings.
Report All Phone Issues on Webex Calling (formerly Spark Call)
You can use the Cisco Collaboration Problem Report Tool (PRT) to collect and send phone logs, and to report
problems to your administrator. If you see a message that the PRT upload has failed, the problem report is
saved on the phone and you should alert your administrator.
