5. On the rear of the computer, a slot cover retainer secures the expansion card bracket in place.
Remove the screw from the slot cover retainer (1) then tilt the bottom of the slot cover retainer
away from the chassis and remove it from the chassis (2).

6. Before installing an expansion card, remove the expansion slot cover or the existing expansion
card.
a. If you are installing an expansion card in a vacant socket, slide the slot cover up then pull it
back to remove it from the chassis.
