5.5.2.1 Valves
Use this opon to test the operaon of each individual dispense valve ed to the main
gravity heater tank. During this test the dispense head moves to its fully extended posion.
1. Select the valve required.
2. Water will be dispensed from the heater tank during the test sequence. Place a
suitable container under the dispense posion and on compleon empty the contents
of the container.
Note: In this test the valves are each energised for 4 seconds allowing an accurate
calibraon of volume via the restrictor on the valves.
Important: Ensure there is a suitable container in posion to catch the hot water
dispensed during the test.
5.5.2.2 Pumps
Use this opon to test the correct operaon of the syrup pumps if ed.
1. Select the required pump.
5.5.2.3 Augers
Use this opon to test the operaon of each of the ingredient motors. As this test causes
the ingredient canister auger to turn you should remove the canisters before starng the
test sequence. Each motor will run for 4 seconds.
Important: DO NOT place ingredient canisters on the oor.
1. Selecng Tesng will run each auger in turn, selecng Abort will stop the sequence.
2. Select an individual Auger if that opon is preferred
3. Ret the ingredient canisters on compleon of the test.
5.5.2.4 Whippers
Use this opon to test the correct operaon of each of the individual whipper motors, each
motor is run for 4 seconds.
