Flat Field Correction Calibration
Flat Field Correction Calibration (FFC) contains FPN (Fixed Pattern Noise) and PRNU (Photon
Response non-uniformity) corrections.
Note: Before performing a FFC, Teledyne DALSA recommends evaluating the
“bare image” characteristics, which determine the quality of FFC, applied to the
image. A bare image has no gains applied.
To obtain a bare image, disable FPN and PRNU coefficients: Choose Off from Flat Field Correction
Mode:
• Set the Flat Field Correction Mode
feature to Off.
