108: Magstripe read no data
The printer did not find any magstripe data
on the card.
To read the card:
1. Insert a magnetic stripe card with data.
2. Position
the card with the magnetic
stripe down and to the righ
t side of the
printer.
3. Send the new card to the printer.
HINTS & TIPS
• The card might have been turned the wrong way.
• The card mig
ht not have a magnet
ic stripe.

The print ribbon is not moving properly.
To fix the ribbon:
1. Op
en the printer and remove the
ribbon cartridge.
2. Fi

ll turn.
3. Replac
e the ribbon cartridge and close
the pr
inter.

• Remove any debris from the print area.
• If the card is in the printer, turn the knob to move the
card so the printer can
eject it.
