You can edit a specific speed dial number.
Press Directory ( ) in the operator panel.1.
OR
Press Scroll ( or ) to highlight Fax and then press Select ( ).
Press Scroll ( or ) to highlight Phone Book and then press Select ( ).2.
Press Scroll ( or ) to highlight Edit and then press Select ( ).3.
Press Scroll ( or ) to highlight Edit Person and then press Select ( ).4.
Enter the speed dial number you want to edit or select the speed dial number by pressing Scroll ( or
) and then press Select ( ).
5.
Enter the correct fax number you want and then press Select ( ).6.
Enter the correct name you want and then press Select ( ).7.
If you want to edit another speed dial number, repeat from step 5 .8.
OR
Press Cancel ( ) to return to the Standby mode.
Sending a Fax using a Speed Number
Load the document(s) face up with top edge in first into the DADF.1.
OR
Place a single document face down on the document glass.

Adjust the document contrast and resolution to suit your fax needs.2.
Press Scroll ( or ) to highlight Fax and then press Select ( ).3.
Press Scroll ( ).4.
Press Scroll ( or ) to highlight Enter Number: and then press Select ( ).5.
Enter the speed dial number.6.
