2.9. APPROVED MANEUVERS
This airplane is certified in the UTILITY Category in accordance with Canadian Airworthiness
Manual Chapter 523-VLA.
Permissible Utility Category Maneuvers:
1. All normal flight maneuvers
2. The following maneuvers in which the angle of bank is not more than 60°:
Lazy Eights Entry speed: 116 KIAS
Chandelles Entry speed: 116 KIAS
Steep turns
3. Spinning NOT approved for aircraft equipped with altitude compensating fuel system.
4. Spinning (with Wing Flaps UP) approved for aircraft NOT equipped with altitude
compensating fuel system.
5. Stalls NOT approved for aircraft equipped with altitude compensating fuel system and
not in compliance with MSB DAC1-73-05 latest approved revision.
6. Stalls (except whip stalls) approved for aircraft NOT equipped with altitude
compensating fuel system.
7. Stalls (except whip stalls) approved for aircraft equipped with altitude compensating fuel
system in compliance with MSB DAC1-73-05 latest approved revision.
8. Intentional Side Slips, except as required for landings, NOT approved for aircraft
equipped with altitude compensating fuel system and not in compliance with MSB
DAC1-73-05 latest approved revision.
NOTE
Aerobatics are prohibited.
