7.2 Firmware Version Upgrade
SM300 use flash ROM instead of EPROM for the main program storage of the scale. When upgrading of scale
firmware, there are 2 methods to download the firmware.
1. PC to scale via RS232C interface.
2. Server / Client Ethernet configuration. (Refer to Section 7.7 for further information)
Please refer to Section 9.4 Wire & Connector.
IMPORTANT: Please set the SM300 scale to standalone.
