6 To display the behavior of the system, choose New ā€“ Layout from
the File menu. Two new windows will appear: The Layout
window and the Instrument Selector (on the right side in the
illustration below).
7 Do the following to build an instrument panel within the layout
window:
ā€¢In the Instrument Selector, click the instrument group
containing the desired instrument (for example, Data
Acquisition).
ā€¢In the Instrument Selector, click the icon of the instrument
(for example, a PlotterArray).
ā€¢ In the layout window, draw a rectangle using the mouse.
