General
In Gateway Mode Operation communication relay between TMO
and DMO is available. DMO terminals communicate with the trunked
system (and vice-versa).
In Repeater Mode Operation the TGR990 re-transmits information
received from one DMO terminal to other DMO terminal enhancing
coverage area.
Entering Gateway Mode
When your TGR990 is in TMO,
enter Gateway Mode in one of
the following ways:
• From the Home display press
Optns and select Gateway
Mode.
• Press the menu key
→
Setup → Networks → Gateway
Mode.
