General
The messaging feature lets you:
•
send short text messages (free text or according to user defined
or predefined templates),
•
receive messages.
A text message is a short text containing up to 140 characters. Each
message is stamped with the date and time it was left in the inbox.
Note:
If configured by your Service Provider it is only possible to
send a message to a private number that is stored in the
Contacts
list.

Entering the messages sub-menu
From the
Main menu
, select
Messages
.
The sub-menu allows you read
text messages, send text
messages, and send status
messages.
Scroll to your selection and press
Select
to access the next
display.
