Network camera is not responding
1. Is the network cable or wireless connection disconnected? Please check it.
2. Unplug the power adapter from the wall socket and plug it in again after 10 sec-
onds, then try to connect to the network camera again.
3. If the network camera is correctly powered ('Power' LED is on), but you still can not
connect to the camera when you're sure the IP address is correct, please contact
your dealer for help.
1. Adjust the focus ring on the camera until the image becomes clear.
2. Use a soft cloth to clean the lens on the camera. You can use a cloth with water,
but DO NOT use alcohol or other chemical solutions.
3. Try to adjust the brightness setting.
4. If there are any lights where the network camera is located, switch them on and
see if the image looks better.
