5.1.6 Standby speed seng
You can operate the pump at a standby speed rather than full rotaonal speed. The
standby speed is a user-congurable opon and can be set to the value between 55%
and 100% full rotaonal speed. When the pump is shipped, it is congured with a
standby speed of 70% full rotaonal speed.
To change the standby speed seng, use one of the methods that follows:
Use the STDBY+ and STDBY- push buons (given on the motor controller). Each
push of the buon adjusts the speed by 15 Hz (1%). Refer to Figure: Motor
controller status informaon on page 46.
Use a serial command
To change the standby speed seng using a serial command, send the command that
follows (characters 'd' shows the value as a percentage of full rotaonal speed):
Command ! S 8 5 7 sp d d d cr
The reply is as follows:
Reply * S 8 5 7 sp r cr
The standby speed is now stored in the memory of the pump.
