 Optional Cassette Unit installation failure
 Foreign object in connection part
 Drawer Connector failure
 Optional Paper Cassette Main Board Assy failure
 Suspected cause
 The connection terminal is thought to have a connection failure at the
Printer and optional cassette connection part.
 Troubleshooting

 Error name
 Addition recovery mode error (error code: 032101)
 Cause
 Occurs when the recovery mode is entered due to a failure of the
firmware update of the additional cassette.
 Suspected cause
 Firmware update is failure
