5. Check the adjustment pattern, and forecast the adjustment value when the gap
between the lines is equal.

6. Turn the printer off, and turn the Ink System gear by hand as shown below to
release the CR lock, moving the Carriage to the center position.

7. Turn the screws (×3) holding the Print Head counter clockwise by 90° to loosen,
and move the Carriage Unit's Head Angular Adjustment dial in accordance with
the forecast adjustment value from Step 5.
