6 Operate the ALC
6�1 Power settings
1. Turn on the ALC
Push the on/off button� Change from symbol to step 1
The ALC turns on and the startup screen is shown:
2. Turn off the ALC
Push and hold the on/off button for 3 seconds� Change
to step 1
The ALC turns off�
3. Put the ALC into the Standby Mode
Prerequisite: The ALC is on�
To put the ALC into the standby mode, push the on/off
button�
The ALC screen turns off and the LED for the DC
charging is blue�
To turn on the ALC from the standby mode:
Push the on/off button�
The ALC screen turns on and the latest open menu is
shown�
4. Force a Hard Shutdown of the ALC
Prerequisite: The ALC is on�
Push and hold the on/off button for 30 seconds�
The ALC shuts down�
