In the Export ALD and Site Sharing Reports menu, you can access and export the ALD and site sharing reports� The filing
structure for the report files is as follows:
• The filename uses the following format: <Filename>_yyyy-mm-ddThhmmss.<suffix>, for example TEST_2015-10-
14T083023�txt�
• The date and time at which the report has been created are determined automatically by the ALC�
• The filename is part of the ALD report� The filename can have up to 56 characters�
• If the installer ID has been set in Setup > User Configuration > Installer ID, it is set as a filename
• You can select the format of the report file�
• For security reasons, the files have the following properties:
Printing: Allowed
Copying/editing contents: Not allowed
Commenting: Not allowed
