Additional description
Create Ties
NOTES:
• Commands can be entered back-to-back in a string, with no spaces. For example: 1*1!02*03%02*03$4*4!.
•
The quick multiple tie and tie input to all output commands activate all I/O switches simultaneously
.
•
The matrix switchers support 1- and 2-digit numeric entries (
1*1 or 02*02).
Tie input video and
audio to output
X!*X@! OutX@•InX!•All] Tie the input X! video and audio to output
X@.
Example:
1*3!
Out03•In01•All
]
Tie input 1 video and audio to 3 3.
Tie input video only to
output
X!*X@% OutX@•InX!•Vid]
Audio breakaway.
Example:
7*5%
Out05•In07•Vid
]
Tie input 7 video to output 5.
Tie input audio only to
output
X!*X@$ OutX@•InX!•Aud]
Audio breakaway.
Example:
8*4$
Out04•In08•Aud
]
Tie input 8 audio to output 4.
Untie input video and
audio
0*
X@! OutX@•In00•All]
Untie the video and audio input from
output
X@.
Quick multiple tie
E+QX!*X@!...X!*X@$}
Qik
]
Example:
E
+Q3*4!3*3%3*2$}
Qik]
Tie input 3 video and audio to output 4,
tie input 3 video to output 3, and tie input
3 audio to output 2.
Tie input to all outputs,
video and audio
X!*! InX!•All]
Example:
5*!
In05•All
]
Tie input 5 video and audio to all outputs.
NOTE: 0*! clears all ties.
Tie input to all outputs,
video only
X!*% InX!•Vid]
Audio breakaway.
Example:
10*%
In10•Vid
]
Tie input 10 video to all outputs.
Tie input to all outputs,
audio only
X!*$ InX!•Aud]
Audio breakaway.
Read Ties
Read video output tie
X@% X!] Video input X! is tied to output X@.
Read audio output tie
X@$ X!] Audio input X! is tied to output X@.
EDID Commands
NOTES:
• See table4 on page66 on the next page for
X#
values.
• Leading zeroes are optional for the entry of the inputs (
X!s) and EDID values (X#s). Leading zeroes are reported in the response.
• For the Save (
ESX#EDID}) and Import (EIX#,X$EDID}) commands, X# is valid only in the range of 75 through 82.
Assign EDID data to an
input
EAX!*X#EDID} EdidAX!*X#] Assign an EDID value of X# to input X!.
Example:
EA7*36EDID} EdidA07*036]
Assign an EDID value of 1024x768 at 60
Hz to input 7.
KEY: X! = Input number 00 – 08 (00 = untied input)
X@ = Output number 00 – 04 (00 = untied output)
X# = EDID value (resolution and rate) See table3 on page57
