9 Belt tensioning (measurements in mm)
11.2 BELT TENSIONING
1. Manually move the second motor to tension the belt.
2. Fasten the bracket with the 2 screws 57
-
3. Loosen the 3 screws 57
-.
4. Loosen the nut 57-.
5. Hang a 1 kg weight in the centre of the lower section of the belt.
6. Measure the arrow f and adjust the screw 57
- with hexago-
nal wrench until obtaining the measurement specified in the table.
7. After adjustment, tighten the 3 screws 57
-.
8. Tighten the nut 57-.
9. Perform some cycles and ensure the belt remains in its housing
flush with the pulley on the main motor and on the second motor.
!
Caution - ensure the belt remains flush with the pulleys on the main
motor and second motor.
10. In the event the belt is not flush with the pulleys, loosen the 3
screws 57
- and perform plate rotation clockwise using the
slot 57
- .
11. After adjustment, tighten the 3 screws 57-.
12. Perform some cycles again and ensure the belt remains flush with
the pulley of both motors.

Close the door and ensure:
- the closing point between the two leaves matches with the centre
line of the support profile.
- complete opening and closing is possible.
In case of deviation, check the position and correct connection of
the belt fittings.
!
When the belt is new tensioning adjustment must be repeated after
the first 100 cycles.
