Inspection DPM High
For data transmission, use the USB cable from the scope of supply or any
other commercially available USB cable with a C/A-type plugs; maximum
usable cable length: 3 m (118.11 inches).
Procedure
1. Settings in the gage
Navigation
: Selects – parameter/value
: Confirms – selection/setting
:Exits – page/menu
a Activate the data export via USB interface:
Main menu ( ) > Gage Settings > OK > Data Transfer > OK >
DataCenter > OK > USB > OK.
Parameter is activated:
b Go to the Measurement view: 3 x .
2. Connecting the gage to the PC
► Use the USB cable to connect the gage to the PC via the USB interface.
3. Settings in the Fischer DataCenter
a Open the Fischer DataCenter on your PC.
b Select the connected gage:
Add the gage to the Fischer DataCenter as a new gage: to do this, click
the command button Device of the tab General in the Data-Center
menu bar and follow the installation routine.
Gage is already created in the Fischer DataCenter: in the Fischer Data-
Center, select the gage and update the device connection.
The connection settings are finished.
