Use the Leakage Current Function

Active Leakage Current (5322A/VLC only)
The active leakage current calibration mode is for DUTs lacking their own test
voltage source. This function is only available with 5322A/VLC models.
Unlike passive, substitute, and differential leakage current modes for which the
Product acts as a resistance decade, the Product acts as a current source for the
DUT in the active current mode. The current source can have a maximum
voltage between 50 V and 100 V. Therefore, as a reminder to the user that
voltage will be present at the output terminals during the calibration, the message
shown in Figure 10 is shown whenever the active leakage current mode is
selected.
As Figure 9 shows, the voltage source, a resistance, and ammeter are connected
in series with the output connectors.
