The Product can measure voltages above 1100 V by using either the HV input
(also referred to as the Internal 5 kV probe input) or the external 40 kV high
voltage probe.
Measure High Voltage with the HV Input
To measure a voltage with the HV input up to 5000 V ac rms or dc:
1. Push .
2. Connect the DUT through the High Voltage adapter and the Product as in
Figure 60.
3. Push the Probe softkey repeatedly until HV 5 kV is selected in the
PARAMETERS area of the display.
