[SOUR]:SAF:HIPT:VOLT?
Description: This command returns the measured voltage using exponential
format. Example: 230 V is returned as 230.0e+00. This command
switches the Product into the Hipot timer function mode.
Query: SAF:HIPT:VOLT?
[SOUR]:SAF:HIPT:[VOLT]:MAX?
Description: This command returns the maximum (peak) measured voltage.
Maximum value (and time) can be cleared using command
SAF:HIPT:CLEar. The Product returns the current value using
exponential format. Example: 230 V is returned as 230.0e+00. This
command switches the Product into the Hipot timer function mode.
Query: SAF:HIPT:MAX?
[SOUR]:SAF:HIPT:CLE?
Description: Clears the measured time and maximum (peak) value of measured
voltage. This command switches the Product into the Hipot timer
function mode.
Query: SAF:HIPT:CLE
[SOUR]:SAF:FLLC:CURR?
Description: This command returns the measured current using exponential
format. Example: 215mA is returned as 215.00e-03. This
command switches the Product into the Flash Leakage Current
function mode.
Query: SAF:FLLC:CURR?
[SOUR]:SAF:FLLC:VOLT?
Description: This command returns the measured voltage using exponential
format. Example: 230 V is returned as 230.0e+00. This command
switches the Product into the Flash Leakage Current function
mode.

[SOUR]:SAF:FLV:VOLT?
Description: This command returns the measured voltage using exponential
format. Example: 230 V is returned as 230.0e+00. This command
switches the Product into the Flash Voltage function mode.
