*IDN?
This command returns the identification of the manufacturer, model, serial
number and firmware revision.
When 5320A remote emulation is set to Off, the *IDN? response is
"FLUKE,5322A,serial number,firmware revision", for example
"FLUKE,5322A,650001217,0.045"
When 5320A remote emulation is set to On, the *IDN? response is
"FLUKE,5320A,serial number, firmware revisions", where firmware revisions are
comprised of four parts separated with a "+".
An example is "FLUKE,5320A,650001217,3.45+2.44+1.34+1.01".
Operation complete
*OPC

The reply is formatted as follows: o1,o2,o3,x,x,x
Where:
The value of o1 references the calibrator module
The value of o2 references the compensator module
The value of o3 references the 5kV resistance decade
Note
The last three positions in the return string are reserved for future
use.
A value of "0" indicates the option is not present. A value of "1" indicates the
