SCPI Command Details
The following sections give a detailed description of each command.
Using the OUTPut Commands
Remotely controlling the application of the Product output terminals is
accomplished through the OUTPut command.
OUTPut[:STATe](?) <CPD> {ON | OFF}
Description: Similar to the front panel , this command will apply or remove
the output signal to or from the Product output terminals.
Parameters: <CPD> ON Output signal applied
OFF Output signal disconnected
Query: OUTP? Returns ON or OFF to indicate status of output
signal.
Using the SOURce Commands
Setting up functions that generate an output are controlled through the SOURCE
command set. All calibration functions are controlled through a subset of
commands under the SOURCE command called SAFETY.
[SOURce]:SAFety
This subsystem allows controlling the individual functions of the Product.
[SOUR]:SAF:MODE?
Description: This command returns the selected mode of the Product { GBR |
GBOP | HRES | HRF | HRSH | LRES | LROP | LRSH | IDAC | IDS |
IDP | IDD | RCDT | RCDC | LIN | LOOP | VOLT | MET | HIPL |
HIPT | FLI | FLII }.
Query: SAF:MODE? Returns one of the following functions:
GBR – Ground Bond Resistance mode
GBOP – Ground Bond Resistance Open
HRES – High-resistance mode
HRF – 100GOhm Fix Resistance
HRSH – High Resistance Short
LRES – Low-Resistance mode
LROP – Low Resistance Open
LRSH – Low Resistance Short
IDAC – Leakage Current Active mode
IDS – Leakage Current Substitute mode
IDSS – Leakage Current Substitute mode Short
IDSO – Leakage Current Substitute mode Open
IDP – Leakage Current Passive mode
IDD – Leakage Current Differential mode
RCDT – RCD Trip Time mode
RCDC – RCD Trip Current mode
