Accounts are missing. Setting up / managing accounts is done via the
customer portal MyFP.
Synchronize PostBase Fusion with the customer
portal (see chapter 13, page 108).
If necessary, contact the system administrator.
The current user is not allowed to meter on the
desired account.
Contact the system administrator.
Blank display. Check whether the power cable is plugged in cor-
rectly and that PostBase Fusion is turned on.
PostBase Fusion is in standby.
Touch the display or
press the ON / OFF button
briefly.
Display fails to react
when touched.
Turn off PostBase Fusion.
Calibrate touch screen (see chapter 15.8, page 140).
Display shows single-colored
background and text
“System Failure …”
(blue screen / red screen).
A system error has occurred.
Turn off PostBase Fusion (see page 39).
If PostBase Fusion does not react to pressing the
ON / OFF button:
• Pull the power plug.
• Wait one minute.
• Recommission PostBase Fusion.
Functions / buttons are
missing in the display.
Unavailable functions are blanked out.
The current user is not authorized to access this
function. Contact the system administrator.
