Media Print - Photos Trouble
The possible symptoms, causes, and remedies for problems when using Media Print - Photos
are as follows:
Symptom Cause Remedy
[Media Print -
Photos] is not
displayed on the
Services Home
screen.
The USB Memory Kit
(optional) is not
recognized by the
machine.
Properly set the software option, or
disconnect the USB cable and then
securely insert the USB cable into the
connector.
A blank sheet of
paper is output.
Files that cannot be
printed (image files in
other than DCF1.0 format)
are included among the
files specified for printing.
Files that cannot be printed (image files in
other than DCF1.0 format) are not printed
with index printing. Specify printing
again, excluding the images not displayed
for index printing.
Note

Editing or saving DCF 1.0-format image
files on a computer makes those files’
format other than DCF1.0.
